Introduction to AABD’s Survey of Standards of Care

AABD is publishing a survey on Bank Director Standards of Care and Protection Statutes that will be available for sale within two weeks.  AABD members receive complimentary copies.  The report will cover the standards of care in all fifty states, as well as statutes that provide additional protection for directors against personal liability, and a summary of case law defining standards of care and the Business Judgment Rule, the best friend that bank directors will ever have.
