Workshop covers problems directors encounter at well-managed banks — the business judgment rule, duty of care and loyalty, and a review of director responsibilities. Use of a self-evaluation tool to gauge performance in meeting participation, policy approval and monitoring, CEO and top management assessment, strategic and business planning.
