This week we’re joined by Tom Fitzgerald, who was a National Bank Examiner and Senior Executive at the Comptroller of the Currency, then a Senior Consultant at Promontory.

Tom examined numerous national banks during and after the S&L crisis and supported successful rehabilitation efforts for many of them and, at Promontory, he assisted banks to navigate regulatory concerns with their financial condition.

Tom will discuss how your bank should prepare for your next examination in light of the financial risks. Bank examinations are the heart of bank supervision and bad results often lead to enforcement actions.
