Seminar will assist directors in an objective, non sales-oriented fashion to determine whether they should be aggressive and acquire other financial institutions, sell their own institution, or do nothing. All current issues relating to mergers, acquisitions and remaining independent are covered. Emphasis on branch purchases and sales as well as purchase of other bank and thrift opportunities.
