American Association of Bank Directors Establishes In-House General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Committee to Better Serve Bank Directors

The new committee is open to all in-house General Counsel and Corporate Secretaries of banks, savings institutions, and their parent companies.  Service on the Committee rewards their boards of directors with a six month complimentary AABD membership. The charter can be found here.
