This is his fifth book on banks and bank directors.
Thayer relies on his 50 year career as a bank executive, board member and board advisor to provide sound advice to would-be and current bank directors.
I breezed through this in one Sunday afternoon. It is such a relaxed and enjoyable read on a potentially very stressful subject.
